Dr. Sergiy Korsunsky, born in 1962, studied Physics and Mathematics at the Shevchenko University of Kyiv. He worked at the National Academy of Sciences and the State Committee on Science and Technologies of Ukraine. In 1994-–2025, he served as a Ukrainian diplomat and, among others, Ambassador to Turkey and Japan as well as Head of Ukraine’s Diplomatic Academy. He is also a Visiting Professor at Kobe Gakuin University in Japan and Honorary Professor at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University. Korsunsky is the author of more than 350 papers as well as 18 fiction and non-fiction books. He is a Distinguished Global Fellow at the Temple University Japan and Senior Adviser at the Nihon Cyber Defence Co.
