The Papers on Practical Coporate Management deal with the challenges of the modern economic system.
Not only big corporations but also and especially medium-sized companies are facing more unprecedented tasks. These include risk management in international trade (sea piracy), development of new concepts for enduring customer loyalty and the competence development for leading positions. However, they also include the way in which a company fulfills its societal responibilities. The contributions present the basic principles for economic decisions and the corresponding underlying conditions are debated. Promising activites for market development and measures for personnel development are also presented.
