The series Systemic Impulses for Social Work does not operate under the denotation of one specific systemic paradigm from the outset. Rather, it presents works that try to answer questions in the field of social work from different systemic, systematic and system theoretic perspectives and that promote the development of theory and methodology for systmically oriented social work. The series aims to offer the opportunity to present the expert public with innovative systemic approaches and to try to transfer already existing systemic models and concepts on to rarely dealt with fields. But the series also understands itself as a contribution to the dialogue between the different sections that together can be attributed to the "systemic" or "system theoretic paradigm".
